What are the black streaks on my roof?

They are an algae called gloeocapsa magma, a deposit of spores and dirt and another form of mold. It spreads across shingles over time. We wash it off so your roof looks new again.

Is soft washing safe for my shingles?

Yes. Soft washing is the method for surfaces high pressure would damage, and roof shingles are one of them. Roofs get our low-pressure Softwash method.

Can you get moss off a roof?

Yes. We have washed moss and fern off roofs along with the rest of the house.

Do you clean metal roofs?
